Upon the completion of her career, Angie’s list of honors includes: three-time All-Southwestern Conference, First Team All-Greater Cleveland in 1987, Player of the Year in Greater Cleveland in 1987, Plain Dealer All-scholastic, All-Northeastern Ohio, All-Ohio First Team and All-Midwest. In the last 16 games, the team gave up a total of only 4 goals.
With a season record of 21 wins, 3 losses, and 2 ties, it was the defense led by Angie that was the strength of the team. In her senior season, Angie led the team to the state championship game only to lose 2-1. In her three years as a starter, the North Olmsted girls soccer team compiled a record of 59 wins, 6 losses, and 5 ties. With a great ability to instill confidence in her teammates, Angie was the glue that held her team together.

She also finished first in the low team maneuver event at Grizzfest. At Grizzfest this winter, Ashley finished first in the pre-juvenile freeskate event. Kyle did not play this past season but is primed and ready to roll for the upcoming season.Īshley Talpas – Adrian College (Ice Skating)ĭuring the US Figure Skating Intercollegiate Team Championships, Ashley finished first in the pre-juvenile freeskate group B event. He scored one goal and dished out one assist, totaling two points for Adrian College. Rachael also earned Academic All-OAC.ĭuring his freshman season, Kyle played in 4 games. She finished tied for 36th at the OAC Championships and she was fifth on the team with a career-low 94.24 stroke average. She shot a season-low and career-low round of 85 at the Wooster Spring Invitational. During her sophomore campaign, she played in 17 rounds and 10 tournaments. She finished 28th at the OAC Championships, she was sixth on the team with a 102.33 stroke average. She shot a season-low round 92 at the Raider Fall Invitational. Rachael Sladky – Baldwin Wallace University (Golf)ĭuring her freshman season, Rachael earned her first varsity letter and played in 15 rounds and nine tournaments. Juliana is primed for a big senior season. During this past season, Julian appeared in 22 games, totaling 45 points and 40 rebounds while shooting 51 percent from the floor. 569 from the field, which is seventh-most in Notre Dame College single-season history. She dished out 17 assists, blocked 11 shots and stole 11 passes. She averaged 2.4 points and 2.0 rebounds per game. During her sophomore season, she played in all 29 games, making 13 starts. She recorded 10 points, 23 rebounds, six assists, two blocks, and two steals. Juliana Kemp – Notre Dame College (Basketball)ĭuring her freshman season, Juliana competed in 26 games for the Falcons. Josh caught 42 passes for 615 yards as well as 8 touchdowns! During this past season, Josh had a career-high in receptions, yards, and touchdowns.
During his sophomore season, Josh caught 15 passes for 189 yards and scored another touchdown. Josh Hufstetler – Lake Erie College (Football)ĭuring his freshman season, Josh received a varsity letter and recorded 10 receptions for 114 yards. Max is primed for a big role in the upcoming season. He garnered 64 total minutes during the season. During the 2019 season, Max appeared in six games starting one. During the 2019 season, Mary played in one game, appearing as a pinch-runner scoring a run during the game.Īfter a great career at NOHS, Max did not play in a varsity match during the 2018 season. Four of her five goals this past season were game-winning goals! She also earned Academic All-OAC this past season! She scored 5 goals for 10 points and score back-to-back game winners that season. During her 2019 season, Sydney appeared and started in all 19 games. She scored one goal for two total points and she scored her first collegiate goal against Muskingum.
